NOTICE:  All assets are selling on an item-by-item basis.  

Special Terms:  All assets sell "AS IS WHERE IS" with no warranty.  There shall be no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise as to the merchantability, or fitness of batteries.  While the assets ran when received they may have been sitting for an extended period.

Inspection: All the assets will be available for inspection: By Appointment Only.

Asset Pick up: Due to COVID-19, pick up time for the auction is by appointment only July 25-26, 2024. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.  We appreciate your patience and understanding during this situation.  There is no dock at this location so the use of a rollback may be needed to assist with loading, this will be at the cost of the buyer.

Buyer Premium: A 17% Buyer Premium will be added to the high bid amount to determine the full purchase amount. By example, if your high bid is $1000.00 your full purchase amount will be $1170.00.

Payment: Payment must be made in full in USD within 3 business days of the auction invoice being sent. Payment must be made by wire transfer only.  You will be emailed an invoice within 48 business hours of the auction conclusion to the email address you registered with.
