Any items that have not been picked up within 14 business days will be subject to a $10 per day storage charge, beginning on day 15, which must be paid before the release of any equipment.

Note: Units will be offered as an entirety package and as individual lots. All items will sell whichever way produces the highest return for ownership.    

NOTICE: Although you may show as the high bidder on the entirety, you could be outbid by the cumulative total of single lot bids, or vice versa.

Special Terms: All assets sell "AS IS WHERE IS" with no warranty. There shall be no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise as to the merchantabililty, or fitness of batteries. While the assets ran when received they may have been sitting for an extended period of time.

Inspection: All the assets will be available for inspection: By Appointment Only.

Asset Pick up: Due to COVID-19, pick up time for the auction is by appointment only during the week of March 15th-19th, 2021 by appointment. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. We appreciate your patience and understanding -, during this situation.

Buyer Premium: A 15% Buyer Premium will be added to the high bid amount to determine the full purchase amount. By example, if your high bid is $1000.00 your full purchase amount will be $1150.00.

Payment: Payment must be made in full in USD within 3 business days of the auction invoice being sent. Payment may be made by wire transfer, check, or credit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover only, to include a 3% credit card processing fee. If using credit card please call 513-724-1133. You will be emailed an invoice within 48 business hours of the auction conclusion to the email address you registered with. 

Tax Exemption: The State of NC requires that we charge sales tax for this auction. If you are tax exempt, please request a form and email lbeck@assetiqllc.com by the conclusion of the auction.
